大学生学业引导、职业规划与就业指导 读者对象:本书可作为大学生学业引导、职业规划和就业指导的使用教材,也可为大学生创业教育和职业生涯发展与规划教育的工作者和学习者提供借鉴和参考,以及作为相关领域的培训工具书。
本书旨在帮助大学生尽快熟悉和融入大学,学会学习和认知专业,探寻自我潜能、重视职业规划,树立职业观念,明确就业方向,将大学生职业发展规划—职业能力培养—有效就业指导形成教育教学“闭环”,以此引导大学生在中国特色社会主义建设的伟大实践中发挥作用。本书主要内容包括学业引导、职业规划与就业指导三部分,学业引导部分内容涉及:开启大学生活和感知学涯真谛;职业规划部分涉及:探寻自我潜能、启航职业规划、正视职业能力和揭开职场面纱;就业指导部分内容涉及:迈入职场就业、尝试创业实践、选择考公考编、专注国内考研、海外留学深造和其他就业项目。本书可作为大学生学业引导、职业规划和就业指导的使用教材,也可为大学生创业教育和职业生涯发展与规划教育的工作者和学习者提供借鉴和参考,以及作为相关领域的培训工具书。
林峰,浙江树人学院副研究员。长期在高校工作,先后担任学校党政机关和二级学院主要负责人,对人事人才工作较为熟悉,且有较高的理论水平和实践经验。高度重视科学研究工作,具有很强的"科研促管理、促教学”的意识,牢固树立"立德树人”理念,积极开展科研、教学和育人工作,理论联系实际,具有一定学术水准。能结合课程教育和教学,参与指导学生参加"互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛和新苗计划等,并获得相应奖项。
