程进，常州工程职业技术学院，副教授，2006年毕业于浙江大学化学工程专业，获硕士学位；其后于常州工程职业技术学院从事化学工程相关教育教学与科学研究工作；2022年初于东京农工大学（日本）获得工学博士学位。留日数年间，结合自身多年教学过程中对教材的使用体验，对日本一般大学（含短期大学）普遍采用的科技英语教材的框架和内容进行了深入地调研。
