这是一本系统论述基于油包水工作液绿色高效电火花成形加工技术的著作,电火花成形加工作为一种重要的电火花加工技术。然而,目前国内外常用的电火花成形加工技术存在效率低、能耗大、加工过程中释放有害气体等问题。本书率先提出了研制油包水型工作液替代油类工作液来实现绿色高效电火花成形加工的新方法,研究开发了绿色高效电火花成形加工技术及其专用油包水型工作液。首次建立了评价油包水型工作液在高频脉冲电场中稳定性的数学模型,揭示了电场强度,脉冲宽度等电加工参数以及油包水型工作液的含水量、乳化剂浓度等因素对油包水型工作液稳定性的影响规律,给出了提高油包水型工作液电加工稳定性的方法。率先开展了基于重铸区域几何尺寸测量的放电能量分配与放电通道膨胀特性的研究工作,在实验研究与理论分析的基础上建立了放电通道半径随时间变化的数学模型,明确了放电能量的分配关系。
